We are a small GF/CF bakery in Pittsburgh, PA.
It all started with a little girl who didn’t want to eat any of the frozen, bland GF/CF muffins and bread. So after months of motherly baking, trying, and pleading, little by little, good tasting baked goodies started to emerge.
In fact, the only baked goods that have made it on the Gluuteny roster are the ones that taste, and feel, just like the real thing. Breads, muffins, cupcakes and cookies, all made fresh, without preservatives and non-GMO, so they are good for you and your little ones.
Everything is baked daily. It’s nice, fresh and warm.
